Order process problem - can somebody help?

it is impossible to go to the next step.

no idea why ?

terms of service are entered and do not display there.

have you got carriers defined in your prestashop back office?

you should also check error logs in your ftp (or webservice control panel) or turn on error reporting in prestashop

when I first turned errors on config/defines.inc.php (NOT modules/defines.inc.php like on your link), set PS_MODE_DEV to TRUE

I really need a solution to fix the shipping / carriers story. I please need help for that.

the whole site is ready but is not ready to gi live cause of that.

any help is welcome. I could pay a little if necessary
