JamesPrest0n Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) SOMEONE!! PLEASE HELP!!! I have been trying to contact PrestaShop for months about this. I opened a new account and with it bought a domain name with PrestaShop (www.highwaybookshop.org) in Feb 2012. Our business took a different focus so we decided to close the online shop. AND HERE THE TROUBLE STARTED!! I tried to contact PrestaShop and they never responded to any of my support queries at all. I then just decided to log into my shop and cancel it from there. All seemed good after I received my cancellation Email. BUT! 3 weeks later I received another Email with an invoice! And I see my credit card was debited!!? The account is now canceled and I cannot log into any account with my registered email address (I have had to open a new account to post on this forum). I am very, very upset and I need someone at PrestaShop to get in touch with me ASAP to cancel this monthly debit order. This is very, very poor service! I would appreciate it if you mailed me on sonicsubstance (at) gmail (dot) com PLEASE! SOMEONE HELP!!
