URL rewrite error (red triangle) in BO

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Suddenly it seems I've got URL rewrite errors, if one is to believe the BO dashboard where there is a red triangle now! :(

What I've done to try to get ride of the error:

  1. Emptied all the Smarty Cache & Compile folders
  2. Re-generated a new .htacess file
  3. De-activated, re-activated Friendly URLs (that do seem to work anyway, no page errors are given?)
  4. Updated my Friendly URL module from Presto-Change
  5. Tried activating deactivating Automatic Conical URL, Forced Smarty and its Cache

I've got both "en" and "sv" installed as languages but only "sv" activated. Can anybody please help me? The site is www.amuletten.net

I'm using PS v1.4.7.3.

I've included my .htacess file below, thanks in advance.

Note: I should also point out that "Webbrowser cache and compression" has also turned pink (warning) in my BO?

Hi again

I found out I can replicate the problem by doing the following in the BO:

(Default lang SV)

Go to: Preferences > SEO & URLs > and into Edit for the "index.php" link(page).

Just do a Save there, (the "Rewitten URL" field can be left empty)

Return to BO Dashboard, "URL Rewritting" and note the "Browser Cache and Compression" will be Green = No Errors

Go to: Tools > Generators and Re-Generate the .htaccess file.

Go Back to the BO Dashboard and "URL Rewriting" will be now Red and "Browser Cache and Compression" will be Yellow ??

Why after regeneration of the .htaccess, does the "URL Rewriting" generatate and error now?

Please can anybody help me here...
