fpaul
Hello, I installed Prestashop v1.5.3 and everything went okay. At the end of installation, I gave admin login e-mail address and password. After installation, I deleted 'install' folder and renamed 'Admin'. While installing, Now my problem is that I am unable to login to the back office (administration panel. I typed the same login details (e-mail address and password) but am getting error message that 'Employee does not exist or password is incorrect'. Am absolutely sure that I typed correct e-mail address and password. I then tried 'lost password' option and gave gave the same e-mail address. Again am getting an error message that 'This account does not exist'. Anyone else encountered same problem ? Can someone please help ? Thanks and regards, Fred Edited March 16, 2013 by vekia (see edit history)
