srenterprises Posted March 16, 2013 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Hello, I am running Prestashop 1.5 & am very new to this. My developer is on vacation & I am trying to add some new products to our catalog. When I follow the steps to upload an image, it seems like it is uploading. However, instead of an image appearing in the little configure-type window, just the text for the name of the image appears & when I click on that, I receive error message: Sorry, the file is not found at /shop/img/p/2/4/0/240.jpg I have read thru the documentation & can not figure out what I am doing wrong?
