Free shipping in drop-down cart (partially fixed)

I know this subject has been brought up a lot but I have not found a solution for the drop-down cart that is best for customer views. I simply want to change the text as I did in the cart (see screens)

 

Here is the change for the cart in blockcart.tpl

var freeShippingTranslation = '{l s='Login to view shipping' mod='blockcart' js=1}';

 

Can anyone tell me where to change the text for the drop-down cart?

 

I believe this translation (as opposed to $0.00) would be less confusing for customers that

have not yet logged in or created an account.
