Problem with dotpay payment module

Hi everyone,

I'm using prestashop 1.5.2 with a module for my payments from this site:

The thing is, that in payment confirmation page I have a problem with displaying payment steps graphics - the page displays unwanted Categories column on the left side, and makes whole image unreadable and unprofessional.

 

To let you visualize it, here is what is now:

 

 

and I'd like to remove the left column on this particular confirmation page, to look like this:

 

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this?

(I'm sorry for pictures with foreign language for most of you)
