I am trying to display the last news from a Wordpress Database in a block of Prestashop, but when the language is japanese the characters displayed are "?". When I use the "print_r" function(php) directly it's displayed fine, but the problem comes when I use Smarty it goes wrong as you can see in the attached screenshort Sorry for my english and thanks for your help.
