QUickSearchBar Bug ?

I activate QuickSearchBar, and it is assignt to Hook "Header of Pages", and Looks like this:

 

 

 

K, i'd like to have it in left_column above Kategorien.

So i Go to Backend >> Positions, and remove the Module from the Hook "Header of Pages"-

 

First strange behavior is now, that the Modul still appear.. even if not assigndd in the hooks anymore:

 

 

Thats my Problem at all. But to finish my example, i go now to "Positions" in Backend, and add Quickserch to my left_column. After this, it looks like this (see the nicce formatet search now below the yellow button:

 

 

Whats the error here? I didn't found a way to move this unneeded Searchfield, but with css.

Hope someone can help.

K, i found it. The Search-Block was assigned to the hook Top off Pages, after removing from Header of Pages.

Thats a bit strange, but now i removed it, it disappeard.
