file permissions paypal module 3.4.5

Hi there... I need to do some changes in the PayPal module (change logo+text in payment checkout)

I know I have to change the translation.xml file. The problem is that in the new PayPal module 3.4.5 the file permissions are set to 644 which means that I cannot execute/upload my changes.

I have also used version 3.4.4 without any problem changing the files. I'm using PS 1.5.3.1

 

I suppose it is an error? Can I change this file permissions in a way I can modify and upload them?

i think that the best way in this case is to remove module from prestashop back office and then upload it with your ftp (don't upload via BO). after upload process you will be able both to install and edit module files
