Red D
I’ve been using prestashop and paypal for about 18 months now. Yesterday I uploaded some new items to my retail shop and changed the price of shipping. Ever since customers have been receiving the following error message when trying to purchase; Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: -> There is no error code, just the -> sign? I’ve tried deleting the Paypal module and reinstalling. I’ve also re-inserted my API settings, signature etc, but the error message is always the same. Can anyone help? Red D
One thing that seems wrong is in my Paypal module, I've inserted my API settings, yet this message still appears at the bottom of the page; Congratulation ! You can now start accepting payments with PayPal. Error ! You need to provide your PayPal API credentials in step 3 in order to accept payments. NemoPS
Have you enabled long debug messages? I've got a paypal issue recently (timeout), and had to change server because mine had been blacklisted or sth like that by paypal
