ERROR - Please Help PAYPAL

Recommended Posts

Hi, I manage an online shopping business and started it by using wordpress but then later down the line I found out about Prestashop and it's backend USER-Friendly css, so I switched.

For over 5 months I have been very happy up until these last two weeks.

Customers cannot make any Payments through my website:

You can test this by going to www.bargaincart.co.uk, adding a product to cart and then pressing on checkout now.

This is the error that appears:

I have tried to contact Paypal helpine but they are useless, they just keep on stating same thing:

we need your Api Details (I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RETREIVE IT USING PRESTASHOP)

If anyone knows how to get all those requested details please let me know.

NOTE: I am using latest Prestashop 1.5.3.1

Paypal Gateaway: 3.4.5

When I try contact paypal support, ANSWER : This is a decline on the customer's financial institution. You will need to contact your customer to obtain another form of payment..

I get up every day at the same time 10 mails from paypal api about api error!!

I'm realy sick from paypal..3 days work, then again week trouble. I lost 7 orders for last 3 days..

I'm having the exact same problem. Shopping cart and API worked great for over a year.. then out of the blue.. it stopped. Something changed..but not on my end... I've contacted both paypal and my service provider.. unable to locate problem.. very frustrating.

Can Prestashop Tech support Help??

Hey All,

Others have found at least a work around to this problem...they found that its paypal blocking certain IP's .... they asked their service providers to move their sites to another server.. and it worked.... Im going to give it a shot.. can't afford to be down
