El Patron
try this--> back office-->modules in module search, type in 'stats' this will show you the stats module, check the configuration that the stats module is enabled for customer views...note the remarks about performance. I think this is generally disabled for installs... http://screencast.com/t/BxQGi6mS

byatt
Ok .. I read this post http://blog.kissmetrics.com/unlock-keyword-not-provided/ It looks like maybe you have to access your Google Analytics's to reset the keywords for them to show up. Let me know if it helps at all ?
UKclearancecentre
Ok .. I read this post http://blog.kissmetr...d-not-provided/ It looks like maybe you have to access your Google Analytics's to reset the keywords for them to show up. Let me know if it helps at all ? That maybe a solution for Google but still doesn't explain why no keywords are showing for customers coming from Bing, Yahoo, ask etc. Had nearly 4000 visits this month but no keywords are showing up in the database

banchijojo
Wow ... I thought is was just me!!!! I just assumed it was something I did. I have the same problem. I have been monkeying with mods to try and get this working. I went from 1.3 to 1.5.5 - keywords worked perfect in 1.3, not at all in 1.5.5 I am glad I hacked my footer to include google analytics code so that I can at least jump over to google and see what keywords are coming from google. wish I could just see it in my BO though.... (big sigh!)
fixgear
hey banchijojo. skip the stats in presta alltogether, they are a mess. apparently they count all admin back office page views as visits install the google analytics module. jez... banchijojo
I am already getting massive stats from inserting the google code to my footer in matter of days - thanks jez!
technomatters
Hi All my site plrebooksstore.com aslo have the same problem i tried many tricks by telling people in forums. But finally my stats started working. As Mr.El Patron Said, please configure your "datamining for stats" module by selecting 3 values as enable and save it. Now you chek all stats, you see all the values. Thanks to Mr.El Patron. Its worked for me.

Dh42
This is an archived board, it would be best to post your issue in an active board.

obewanz
Most people are not techno-oriented, and don't know the difference between an "archived" board and an "active" board. So, if this topic is in an "archived" board, it should be locked so that nobody can post to it... unless of course those running the board have an issue with being "techno-oriented"... Just sad that I see so many issues on the prestashop forums go completely unanswered - for years sometimes. smh :*(
