No Categories show - Fix it, but why this happend?

Hi,

 

after i install a brand new Shop, and copy some category and product-data, i see all my category-data in the Backend, but not in the Frontend.

 

I solve it, by comment out this lines:

 

/modules/blockcategories/blockcategories.php

#  if (!isset($resultIds[$id_category]))
#   return false;

 

 

I don't understand, why this happend? Is this a known bug?
