Statistics Visits and Visitors not working.

Hello!

Module Visits and Visitors is showing as "installed", but there are no visitors in the counter. It can't be, because at least I am on the site! Besides that, other counter at my site shows 40 visitors a day. Help me please.

It had something to do with the theme I used and can be fixed quickly

Hi, You can simply reset this module 'Data mining for statistics' and it itself move hook to footer. Go to Back Office -> Modules. Find 'Data mining for statistics' and push right side 'Configure' button to drop down it and press to 'Reset'.

It's helped me, I use PrestaShop 1.6.1.11.

I have JS error in module "Visits and Visitors". 

nv.d3.min.js return Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'data' of undefined.

Drawer.php return: {"axisLabels":{"xAxis":null,"yAxis":null},"data":[{"values":[{"x":10,"y":0},{"x":11,"y":0}],"key":"Number of visits and unique visitors"},{"values":[{"x":10,"y":0},{"x":11,"y":0}],"key":"Visits"}]}

But I have some data about visitors, module show totals:

Total visits: 187551

Total visitors: 184222

Can someone help me with these errors?

Prestashop version 1.7.4.2, Visits and Visitors version 2.0.2, NVD3 Charts version 2.0.1, Data mining for statistics 2.0.0

URL of your site to check the problem onsite is?

You are using non-native theme OR addons. If yes disable them. Seems that another non default thing is interacting wrongly with native Prestashop code.

No difference. Even if I install a clean version 1.7.6.3, I get the same error:

I've uninstalled "data mining" and I've installed the module. And now works and it appears in footer.

I have installed leo theme.
