checkout without registration

Hi all,

I need a solution for an absolute condition for my future webshop.

 

I have a very small product to sell and do not want to bother my customers with a registration.

I need

only their name and address

(no email, and no birth dates ...)

 

I use the actual prestashop 1.5.3.1 (to check the button on "Enable guest checkout" in "Preferences > Orders" doesn't solve the problem, because there is still email and other dates required, see photo)
