Using Ipage can't get beyond step 2

Hey,

 

This is my first time trying to install prestashop. I am using Ipage, and I can't get beyond step2 using Prestashop 5.2 and 5.3.

 

This is the error that I keep getting

• PHP parameters:
  
• Can open external URLs ?
  
• Is PHP register global option off (recommended) ?
  

 

I press Next and it reloops back to page 1.I have configured permissions to 777. Please let me know if anyone has this same problem.
