After install i have found two major bugs. 1) filter show always only one product after filtering. same problem have some others, who bought module. 2) when are features to filtering collapsed, you can not open them. I tried contact developer. Many times. I tried write to the Prestashop addons. I tried contact others, who have this filter (and had this problem). Have anymobody same modul, and solved this problem? El Patron Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 if you do a paypal refund request..you should state not received..else you will probably never get a refund...as this is all paypal cares about 'not received'...if you do a 'not as described'...you will most likely not get a refund.... you can post on their module thread here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/41655-module-live-filter-pro/ it's possible that your previous email went to their junk/spam filter in the future...contact the developer first, before buying even just to say hi, and see if you get a response... check their forum threads...if they have them...and see if they are responsive to community questions. if you can not get satisfaction, then this should be reported to PrestaShop, (their thread on this forum) for follow up. suerte Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
