Have more customized options for Attributes?

Hi All,

I was looking to add optional 'extras' to some of my products, and the only way I could see how to do this was attributes.
I was more looking for a checkbox style option with a small thumbnail beside it.
e.g If someone was ordering a gift, they could choose to add a box of chocolates as an extra and it would be added to the price.

Is something like this possible? If not I will just make a category called extras, and people can just add them to their cart.
