Hello, if you only have one language you want to show then you can try to disable all other languages in localization>langauges.

 

If you have multiple languages set up then it is better off you keep it with the /en or /fr /es etc... This will help you in the long run with SEO. This is a quote directly from Google's Webmaster Blog regarding multilingual websites.

 

"Put the content of every language in a different subdirectory. This is easier to handle when updating and maintaining your site. For our example, you would have example.com/en/, example.com/de/, and example.com/es/."
