Incorporating existing virtual goods system with PrestaShop

Hi,

 

I am offering software downloads from my site. The process is as follows:

- User selects a product

- User enters a device-specific identifier which is used for serial number generation

- User makes payment via Payal. Paypal notifies my server via IPN and redirects the user to a page with a time-limited download link and a serial number. The serial number and download link are also sent to the customer's Paypal email address.

 

Is there already something available for PrestaShop which can assist me with this?

 

Another solution is to keep my existing system and add external product links from PrestaShop to my existing system. Is this possible? (I mean like to add a product and when the user clicks "Purchase" he is redirected to my existing system)
