khodari
[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module 87fdff19af8c09e143ecb24bab2e08be9959a3b2.file.list.tpl: Undefined property: stdClass::$id_currency The above message appears at the bottom of the modules page. Also, my site cannot process PayPal. I have bought PayPal pro, but still waiting for 'processing of order'. The user gets error messages "an error has occurred" without any other explanation when s/he tries to process a purchase. I receive an e-mail saying " Hi, Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: but of course there is no report. So I also subscribed to Stripe to try to circumvent this problem with PayPal. I do not know how to make that option/module appear on my pages. My web site is http://ledlightingshop.ca and I would much appreciate any help I can get to get my shop up and running. Please contact me directly at my e-mail "manager at ledlightingshop.ca", with detailed instructions as I am obviously new to this. I have tried to contact [email protected] but actually the email could not get through according to the mail server. Please help. Sincerely, Nabil
PascalVG
Hi Khodari, Seeing the error message, there is something wrong with your currency settings. Maybe the Paypal error is caused by this as well, so let's focus on the first error for now. Did you change anything with currencies? What is your default currency? Do you (plan to) support any other currency? Did you throw away all but one currency? I noticed you disabled/uninstalled the currency selector in your shop. Can you enable/reinstall this module again and see if this has any effect on the error message? Did you do anything special, after which this error occurred? Changed/deleted modules, edited products etc. etc? My 2 cents, Pascal
khodari
Dear Pascal: First of all thank you very much for coming to my help. There is no currency selector module in Prestashop 1.5 (1.5.3 I guess). There is a currency block which is not configurable. I searched all the modules (installed and not), there is no such module. My default currency is Can $. Just now I added US $ to see if this would solve the problem and may be the currency selection would show up. It did not and the error is still the same. Need more of your 2 cents Sincerely, Nabil
khodari
Should I downgrade to 1.4? Or would I be faced with another slate of problems? Can anyone please help? I need to get this shop up and running ASAP. Without payment method I have nothing. If you do not have sales then you are not in business, as some wise guy said. I searched all the modules (installed and not), there is no such module. I meant the currency block. In front office it let you select a currency. Did you disable/uninstall it? My default currency is Can $. Just now I added US $ to see if this would solve the problem and may be the currency selection would show up. It did not and the error is still the same. Do you mean it doesn't show up, I.e. you enabled it, but doesn't show in front office? Check where the module is positioned. Is it positioned on the correct hook? Maybe uninstall and reinstall to see if that does anything... There must something be wrong with your currency module/class... My 2+2= 4 cents...
