Help - I need to put in a separate feature that says "deposit".

Hello

I need to add an additional box in the payment cart that says "deposit" and be able to control this box from the admin panel in the backshop.

Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can do this?

I would like this deposit feature to feature on the cart , and on the invoice as well.

Any ideas would be greatly welcomed.
