Sub categories to Top Horizontal Menu

Hello,

 

Is there a way to add sub categories to the categories i have created using top horizontal menu. I do not want to have to access all sub categories from home. For example i would like to have:

 

Home Dresses (Casual dresses, Formal dresses) and Accessories (Shoes)

 

 

I know I can create Dresses and Accessories using top horizontal menu but how do i add subcategories for casual dresses, formal dresses under dresses and shoes under Accessories

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.
