Where do you turn for help when your questions aren't answered? I have serious problems with my store that need attending and absolutely no help. This is horrible. The lack of support or a stable platform to work from has made me stop taking new clients. Now I only sell my own products on a platform that I happily pay $69 a month to use and I haven't had one single issue in over 7 months that I have used it.
