sbit
I have the autoupgrade already in my modules (was there already) when I try to install I get this error Unable to create the directory "/var/www/vhosts/sobebotanicals.com/httpdocs/Backoffice/autoupgrade" The following module(s) were not installed properly: autoupgrade The I downloaded autoupgrade, tried to add the zip (add a module from my computer) & I get this error "Error while extracting module (file may be corrupted)." It did that recently w/ another module recently as well.
benjamin utterback
Hi sbit, if you could, check this post out http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/166916-cannot-install-modules/ I think it is a good idea to be familiar with an FTP program like Filezilla anyways. Maybe that could help? Keep us posted!
sbit
Thank you, I just added the autoupgrade to /httpdocs/modules & it still gives the same error
sbit
Maybe I did something wrong? I tried to install another module this way & it doesn't show up in my modules either. I downloaded, extracted & then added that entire extracted folder to /httpdocs/modules & also tried /httpdocs/prestashop/modules Is it still going to show up as 1-click Upgrade v1.0.12 or something else? Thank you again

sbit
I changed permissions & it still gives me the same error. Do I need to delete the 1click that was installed & then try to reinstall?
benjamin utterback
Hi sbit, do you have a back up of your current store? Are you upgrading a live site?
sbit
I have my host set to do backups daily & downloaded a recent one to my computer. My site is still live since I am still having issues getting modules to even upload for some reason (they're in my filemanager & phpmyadmin on my plesk) & permissions are set properly.
