Access The Back Office

Hello good day, I have a site that is www.onlinenaturalshop.com, acotnece I try to get into the back office and he does not leave, says that the password is not valid, and ask you to send me a new password and never get the new password, would appreciate help.

 

I have another problem which is next to the home page of the site is working, but every time I click on a product the following message appears

not Found

 

The requested URL / 84-juicing-of-elderberry-bio.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi João,

For resetting your password, maybe try this link (scroll down a little, to see the description about reset through database)

 

http://www.webhostinghub.com/support/edu/prestashop/302-reset-admin-password

 

When you get in, maybe you can check if you can still edit your products like before, or that there is something totally wrong with your database/links to products or categories.

 

Anyone other suggestions for the links part??
