Carrying Attributes From Page To Page Then To Cart

ok i'm frustrated..

can anyone give me a easy way to do this?

now when you choose single vision

yes - it takes you to http://laloptical.com/Shop/en/frames-for-women/96-10x223singlelenses.html

no and add to cart it doesn't take any attribute to the cart

 

this is what i would like to happen

i want the customer to MANDATORY MUST choose either single, bi=focal, progressive from a radio menu on the page http://laloptical.com/Shop/en/frames-for-women/11-10x223.html

then once they press single from the radio they go on to the page http://laloptical.com/Shop/en/frames-for-women/96-10x223singlelenses.html

 

ok now after they get to the page http://laloptical.com/Shop/en/frames-for-women/96-10x223singlelenses.html

i want them to be able to choose some add on at the end example add tint, add AR and then it goes to another page but carry the old selected attribute with it and to the cart at the end

 

IS THIS POSSIBLE?
