Enabled Cloudcache But Site Now Has Errors

I have just installed cloudcache onto our testing server. The performance has improved a lot but it has introduced some errors onto the site. On the product page the thickbox zoom does not work, the top sellers have lost their CSS and the "other products in this category" rotating banner is now a dump of them all at once.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
