zogster Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 I'm having a problem with checkout and customer accounts, whereby when anyone un-checks the "Use the delivery address as my billing address" box, in order to use a different address for each, the browser page never completes its update. Instead, they just see the spinning-progress-wheel-things-over-greyed-out-boxes... which never go away. The browser/page doesn't seem to be completely freezing - it's as if the browser is waiting for information from the server end that never arrives. Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot this?
