NemoPS
Hi, it seems like a base currency issue. Check that your default currency has an exchange rate of 1 (localization, currencies)
canman
Hi Thanks for reply but I think it is not currency issue because I installed originally only Canadian and also no problem for percentage discount only amount discount. I tried to attache a picture to show the problem but looks like I am not allowed to do this in this forum. I may add the link if works.
NemoPS
Please, check that your conversion rate is okay, and if you're unsure take a screen, since it can only be that, really
canman
Currency was default and I changed to Canadian Dollar and only Canada is the only active country Edited March 6, 2013 by canman (see edit history)
NemoPS
Yes but that's not what i meant. Go to the back office, localization->currencies and in the currenciers list check that "CONVERSION RATE" for your default currency is 1.
canman
I did it Conversion rate: is 1.000000
NemoPS
It's really weird then, is this applying on certain products only? Maybe the amount is being subtracted of the average tax rate. Is any tax rule applied to the product, even with taxes globally disabled?
canman
Thanks you are right it works now, what I did I start from scratch and defined a new tax rule %13 Ontario sales tax and now it works but small problem when select amount less than $1.00 the Red Ribbon shows short with no number but with amount more than a dollar there is no problem Please check Links Edited March 6, 2013 by canman (see edit history)
NemoPS
There might be some restriction on price, but I'm unaware of it unfortunately

J.Sahu
I'm having same issue. If I enable specific price then this problem occurs with customers from tax enabled zone. I've activated tax for California. If a customer not registered or not from California then this issue is not with him. But if a customer is registered and from California then the price shows different. Example: Product price : $295 tax rate : 8.75% Normal customers see the price as $225 as I have $70 discount so 295-70 = 25. but California customers see the price as 230. On poduct page it shows like -$70.00 $295.00 and the price is $230. Is it an issue ? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank You.
