Why Cachefs Still Working?

I´ve disable this fu** cachefs, but it still working!

I have xcache installed and trying to use it, but cachefs still generating files.

I´ve deleted the folder, but it always come back.

 

The file settings.inc.php shows the right configuration:

 

define('_PS_CACHING_SYSTEM_', 'CacheXcache');

 

Please, how can I fix it? (Using 1.5.1.3)
