BargainRail
I wonder if anyone could help me PLEASE? I've installed Prestashop on my hosting account and I'm almost ready to go live, I'm just in the process of final testing and I've hit a problem with the checkout section. I add products to the cart, the shipping values come up OK and then I am ready to go to checkout. So from SUMMARY > Your Address First problem, there is no area for entering a State/County and so when I click NEXT, the following error appears above the Address Block: There are 2 errors Invalid token This country requires a state selection. Does anyone have an idea as to where I am going wrong? Thanks in anticipation Michael
benjamin utterback
Hi BargainRail, what payment solution you are using? Do you have any third party modules installed? Have you turned on Error Reporting? What version of 1.5 do you have?
BargainRail
Hi Benjamin, THANK YOU for your reply: I am using PayPal as the payment solution, I've configured it via the API and if I turn off the 5 stage checkout it works fine. I have no 3rd party modules installed (the only modules are the ones provided in the set up - I used softilicious auto installer via CPanel. Not sure about error reporting, how do I turn that on? Is that warnings in Orange in the backend? If so that's on. Version 1.5.3.1 Thanks
