leadtooth Posted March 4, 2013 Share Posted March 4, 2013 Hello, We're in the process of migrating our Prestashop store from our old server to the new one. We have transferred all of the files (used a server backup from the old hosting company) and exported/imported the MySql databse. Everything seems to be working well except for the fact that the site is pointing to the wrong location for a number of our product images. For example, instead of pointing to /img/p/12055-12263-home.jpg it is pointing to /img/p/1/2/2/6/3/12263-home.jpg. You can see the issue here on the new server: http://www.kashianbros.com.php54-1.ord1-1.websitetestlink.com/catalog/category.php?id_category=7 Here is the site on the existing server using showing correctly: http://www.kashianbros.com/catalog/category.php?id_category=7 We are using Prestashop version 1.4.5.1. We've made a number of customizations and are using an Ajax Filter that isn't compatible with 1.5, so we'd prefer not to upgrade. I have tested the site with the filter disabled and the issue is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why this is occuring.
