Sagepay Go Malformed Error 3045

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have installed the SagePay Go module for a client on their site. Normally this has worked fine in the past, but this site fails to process the payment via the SagePay system. I've attached an image of the error I'm getting on the site when working in the production environment.

When working in the test environment the sagepay test server isn't redirecting back to the prestashop site, but the order is being logged in Prestashop.

The site has is written in Prestashop V1.52.0

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi Benjamin

Thanks for replying.

I used the crypyt key that my client said Sagepay supplied to her.

I've seen other posts where people have used a different password and this has caused the error. Is there a way I can get my client to double check and verify the key is correct. They don't want to give me access to their SagePay account.

Hi dcman007, yes that is the only information I could find regarding that error. Maybe she supplied a different password.

Have your client check the password by logging into MySagePay using the admin details he/she got using the email SagePay sent. Maybe they can supply another password.

Also, just for future notice, you may want to upgrade to 1.5.3.1 sooner than later, it's actually much more stable.
