G-Trade
Hi to all, We are a Prestashop user for a while. We have the version 1.4.8.2. We have problems with uploading additional pictures of our new products in the catalog. A few days ago when we created new products the problems were not persisting. We are doing always the same way but now always the same error comes up: An error occurred while copying image. If we delete an old photo from the product that is already published, we have once again the problem of uploading it. Can someone helps us? Dh42
Have you converted the image system over to using the new image system? That might be the problem. I would backup before I converted it just in case anything goes awry.
vekia
maybe it is something with permissions to directories on your hosting ?
jberezhnoy
Besides the permissions, try to switch to the legacy images system (in preferences -> images). It helped me in similar situation
benjamin utterback
In Preferences > Images, you can switch a legacy file system. Like Dh42 said, make sure you backup. This might work. Keep us posted!
