Smarty Can't Write Too Long Friendly Url (Thai Lang)

Here is my problem

I always get an error if the friendly URL with Thai character is too long. My hosting said the error is because the file system does not allow such a long name file just like this . Please help I tried to search all the forum but it didn't fix . PS. I already set the correct permission upon smarty folder . And actually the problem comes when url is too long only

แต่ ถ้า Link สั้นๆจะไม่ Error จะเป็น Product not found แทน
