Prestashop Custom Module Developer Wanted

I am looking for a custom prestashop developer to do about 2-3 weeks of work. I have a shopping cart I need some custom modules for, where we can continue to maintain and update the source code.

 

I am wanting to modify an admin panel where I can use the loyalty/points system in Prestashop but allow my wholesellers or resellers to BUY points in bulk, and give them to their sub users or assign automatically from a special affiliate console.

 

Looking for sharp coders, who know prestashop in and out.
