Php Error Log

Hi, upgraded from 1.4 to 1.5.3.1 on wamp, getting things fixed piece by piece but keep getting this error in the log, can anyone tell me how to resolve or if it needs resolution please.

I suggest you make a complete backup of the config folder, and replace it with a brand new fron a 1.5.3.1 version, then, copy and paste in your settings.inc.php file, and you should be okay
