leowls Posted February 28, 2013 Share Posted February 28, 2013 I'm developing my prestashop website on my local computer. I will be installing themes and configure modules everything on my computer. Once I'm done with developing and testing, I will find a host and upload all my files. Question is, everything will be fine as long I uploaded all the necessary files right? Will there be any issues of incompatibility of modules or themes with the web server of my host? Is this the normal workflow for developers to create their prestashop websites? Thanks! El Patron Posted February 28, 2013 Share Posted February 28, 2013 you should first 'on remote host' install a fresh installation of prestashop, run the install to find out if the remote host is compatible with prestashop, if so, then delete it and then move your localhost there..
