I installed a module for payment with VISA, successful payment and generates the order, but the order left stateless. Any idea how to fix this. NemoPS Posted March 1, 2013 Share Posted March 1, 2013 Hi, The module must be broken, it's likely that it refers to an order state which doesn't exist, and should have probably been created when installing the module. I have upgraded my store to 1.4.10 and when I look at my previous orders, there are no order statuses to choose from in the B/O. I have looked under Back Office > Orders > Statuses and get the message "Bad sql query, Unknown column 'a.deleted' in 'where clause'. However, return order statuses are listed.
