Paypal Module 3.4.5 - Edit "about.php" & Paypal-Banner Replace

Hello everybody,

 

I'm on the first steps with Prestashop and have some difficulty with paypal module.

 

Version of Prestashop is 1.5.3.1 paypal module is 3.4.5

 

The link of the paypal-banner modules/paypal/about.php opens completely white page, and I don't know how to edit it's text and link content.

 

Also I did put a new nicer banner banner, giving to it the same name of the old one "IT_bnr_vertical_solutiongraphic_150x172.gif"

 

But the next day I find it replaced with the same old ugly one in it's folder modules/paypal/img/logos/IT_bnr_vertical_solutiongraphic_150x172.gif

 

I wonder how I can edit the content of the about.php page and change definitively the banner
