Right Hand Blocks are missing from the home page, anyone else had this ?

Hi all,

Somehow all the right hand blocks are missing from my home page, nothing has been changed on the site. Is it a server problem or presta shop ?

cart block
new products block
info block
Block payment logo
top seller block

Has anyone experienced this ?

Have they dropped down to below the center column? If they have that is a styling error, otherwise there could be a coding error in the cart block that is halting the rest of the code.

hi there,

Just realised that its firefox version 3.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) thats this problem is occuring. Its ok in IE browser

So does anyone know the solution to this?

It just started happening to my site also. Mine is happening in both browsers. Also, when the right sidebar was showing up, clicking add to cart would make a box jump from the product into the cart so that it looked like the product was actually being placed in the cart. I am not sure what that is called. But, anyway, now with the cart missing from the right sidebar, it goes directly to the view cart page. The only thing I did recently was put tracking codes in the footer.tpl

Okay, that was my problem. I thought I needed to place the google analytics in the footer.tpl I am not sure where I put the code for that now. Having statcounter in the footer.tpl does not break the cart, but having the code for google analytics does. This probably is not the same reason your sidebar is messed up. But, that was the solution for me. In case anyone else tries to do the same thing.
