Online Office USA Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 Not an Earth-shattering problem but annoying as a Prestashop bug can be (hmmm...funny how the words bug and Prestashop have become synonymous.) I have attributes added to my items that automatically add themselves to the price of my product when you change the color of the product. Specifically as you can see in the link, I have choices for color and for additional storage options on a Receptionist Station. I have the default settings set to the color I want visitors to see first. The problem happens when you choose another color other than the default one, in this case from Cherry to Mahogany. When you do, the attribute for the additional options change. It makes my store look shady and amateur. http://swmodularinc....shell.html#/-/- It's not a browser issue - I've tried FF, Chrome, and IE. Checked and rechecked combinations settings. Forced compile etc. I am giving the benefit of the doubt to operator error because I'm tired of ragging on PS. However, every day I work in fear that some new issue will arise with my store or a seemingly simple task, add-on etc. will become a new horror show. Working on eggshells to put a twist on the old saying. Any way, I'm open to suggestions, advice, ideas, directions or any other helpful input. Visit this product (a random one) and choose a different size than is displayed by default and see if the color changes, or vice versa.
