401 Error Or Redirect Issue

Hello, I did a test order on my site which when fine till I reached the order confirmation page. On the pages it says: For any questions or for further information, please contact our customer support.

 

But when I click the customer support page I get:

( page url http://shop.3dk4.com...ontact-form.php )

Page not available

 

We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available

 

I've tried a page redirect in the htaccess file but it only caused more errors. I tried make my own http://shop.3dk4.com...ontact-form.php page but that cause work but I rather keep it in the template.

 

 

Can someone please advice me how to fix this or redirect this page to

the correct contact page http://shop.3dk4.com/contact-us
