Store Locator Not Working

I can't figure out why the store locator at http://www.icecreamery.ca/new/en/stores isn't working.

 

If I search the city of "Sarnia" it says "no stores found" even though there are 3 stores in Sarnia. I even tried a different radius. If I set it to simplified store locator it shows all the stores but the actual store locator finds none.

 

any ideas? I'm baffled.

Please send mail to our support, I will help you, I think there is some module which print some character for which the map XML do not work , I. Am going to sleep, just wrote message from my iPod, will try to give you solution at the morning when I got to office .
