Base Url Problem - Cant Get It To Work.

Here is the situation:

 

I have a website at abc.com, I created another directory on abc.com/123 and installed the prestashop in it. Than I imported the database of abc.com into abc.com/123.

 

I changed the Shop URL in Phpmyadmin

 

Now I can login to the admin panel and under Preferences>SEO & URLs it says:

 

Shop domain

abc.com/123

SSL domain

abc.com/123

Base URI

/

 

 

But when I try to visit the home page of this site, the page wont load and I get an error "The webpage at http://abc.com/123/index.php? has resulted in too many redirects."

 

​Also, the link at the top right of admin panel that says "View my Shop", when I hover on it, it says http://abc.com/123/123/

 

I have been going nuts to solve this issue, any help in this regard would be really appreciated.
