ringerce Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 (edited) Can anyone validate for me that the Stats system in Prestashop works properly for them? I have one client who uses Prestashop 1.4.6.2 and I'm currently upgrading their shop to 1.5.3.1. Both versions product incorrect figures and I can't figure out why. For instance on February 2 my client generated $1,363.52 in sales yet the report in version 1.4.6.2 says they generated $349.00 and the report in 1.5.6.1 says they generated $197.85. The amount of orders and products sold for that day are incorrect as well. I've attached some screen shots for clarification. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
