Product With Attributes That Have A Limit

Hi all,

 

i have a client that wants a "custom" product in his shop.

i will give you an example....

 

He has a box and inside it someone can add products, like a shopping basket...

for example, someone can add 1 apple, 1 orange and 1 banana.

 

The problem is that i want to limit those selection. Someone can add up to 6 products to his "box" and not more.

In general i have 10 combinations and someone can choose up to 6...not all...

 

Is there a way to do that??

There is no way to do it, at least not without some major modification.

 

Prestashop attribute does not support checkboxes, because you must have 1 attribute selected from each attribute group.

 

You can look into this module to overcome that issue http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/attribute-modules/34-attribute-wizard-pro.html however, it would also need modification to allow for a maximum checkbox selection.
