admin login failure

backoffice login failure

I can't seem to login to my backoffice for some reason. I tried to regenerate my password but it didn't work. Is there anyway i could have deleted myself somehow by removing customers or something...? Is there an easy way to get back in without resetting everything?

Hi James,

You have gone a long time without any replies or advice on your post request.

Unfortunately I reply but I can't help.

I am also having the same problems.

I can't login to admin either and I get no error messages.

I can request a new password but each time I still just get an empty login page after each failed login.

This is my second install of presta and I never had problems on the other site.

I don't really want to install again it took me ages to chmod as I can't do recursively for files and folders.

If I understand well, after logging in the Back Office, you get an all blank page.

Please try the following :
Edit the file /config/config.inc.php
replace :

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');

by

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

to display PHP errors.

Next, try to log in again.

I notice that your problem was back in July. Did you get the problem fixed as I can not log in either. I get a message saying "employee does not exist". I have spent the last week trying to find how to delete the login page as i think I can get to the back office without a log in.

Please let me know if you got the problem fixed and how you did it.

Search the forum for "employee does not exist" or "bad password", this has been addressed before.
